Board of Directors

Sophie Morton
Sophie started her career as a booking agent for photographers, stylists and models for The WORK agency, Sydney.
After winning the Greencard lottery she moved to New York City to continue working as an agent for one of best creative agencies today, The Wall Group - specialising in photographers, set designers, hair and makeup artists.
After witnessing 9/11, she returned back home and commenced work in marketing & public relations for The Arc Factory.
Sophie is a mother of two young boys and is extremely passionate about the safety of all children, She is dedicated to working to protect them to the best of our collective ability.

Sally Nicholes
Sally Nicholes holds an LLB/BA from the University of Melbourne and has practised family law since 1995. During this time, she has developed substantive experience in all aspects of family law, acting for a range of corporate, institutional, and private clients.
She has extensive involvement in international child abduction matters, and has been rewarded with a Certificate of Appreciation by the United States National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children and the Australian Federal Police for her work on an operation that resulted in the successful location of an abducted child.
A member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV), the LIV Children and Youth Issues Committee, the Collaborative Law Section, and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Sally is also the Deputy Chair of the Board of the World Congress on Family Law and Children’s Rights, Deputy Chair of the Lasallian Foundation.
Sally is currently working with fellow former Chief Justice of the Family Court, the Hon Alastair Nicholson in Cambodia to establish their first child friendly justice system through an advocacy not-for-profit called Children’s Rights International.

Cath Stubbings
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University Cath worked for eight years in the Telecommunication Industry in Senior Management positions.
Following this and whilst raising three young children Cath set up Interface Property Group which provided high end residential and commercial property services to investors. As Founder and Managing Director Cath grew Interface over 13 years to be one of Melbourne’s leading property agencies before selling it in 2016.
In addition to returning to university to study Psychology, Cath currently focuses her work in the not for Profit Sector as well as consulting to small businesses in all areas of business development and financial management. As a Director of Foundation Against Child Exploitation Cath is dedicated to making a difference in the fight against online child exploitation.

Jane Baillieu
Jane Baillieu holds a BA and Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University. Her career background is in Event Management and Marketing; she has worked on major events including The Melbourne Fashion Festival, Sydney Olympic Games and Melbourne Grand Prix.
Jane has had extensive involvement in the not-for-profit sector, particularly in her role as Chair of the CARE Australia Fundraising Committee for many years where she helped raise much-needed funds for a range of international aid programs provided by CARE Australia in countries including PNG and Yemen.
A mother of three children, including two teenagers, Jane is passionate about keeping children safe from exploitation in the new online environment.
